I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day to have our couch professionally cleaned. From the beginning, he was honest and upfront about what to expect, especially when it came to getting rid of the odour.
Our couch was in pretty rough shape, with lots of stains and plenty of cat scratches. I honestly couldn’t believe the difference when he was finished—it looked brand new!
I highly recommend this business to anyone needing upholstery cleaning. The price was great, the service was honest, professional, and the customer service was excellent.
If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, definitely give this small business a call. Support local small business owners! 👏

I should have taken a before photo, but this is the after!

Really happy with the service! Andrew was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. Everything looks and feels much fresher now. He was easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and took his time to do the job properly. Would definitely recommend Fiber Care Lab to anyone looking for carpet cleaning in Victoria or the Greater Victoria area!😀

Great, professional and effective service! Andrew was so lovely to work with - we hired him to come deep clean a sofa and a chair and he did an excellent job. We have two cats and a dog so the furniture definitely needed the clean and now thanks to Andrew they are good as new! Would absolutely recommend and hire again!

Very pleased with my first transaction with Andrew today. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets and took time to answer my questions along the way. I would say the carpets look the best in years!

I would highly highly recommend hiring him for carpet and couch cleaning! He was friendly, thorough and extremely communicative. What a difference it made. I have a (shedding) dog who loves both the carpet and couch and the cleaning just brought everything back to life. Thank you again!

Fiber Care was fantastic. I had a hard time finding a company that would do carpet cleaning just for stairs at a reasonable price. We have no other carpet, and Fiber Care was willing to do it !
Booking was very simple. Communication was fantastic, but the results were by far the best.

Definitely recommend.

Before and after of our stairs after dog messer, kid messes failed attempts to spot clean and who knows what else.

Andrew did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. He is a hard worker and clearly knowledgable on what is needed to clean and take out stains form carpets. I am pleased with the job he did I will hire him again and recommend his services if you are in need.

Great experience with this upholstery cleaning service. The sofa and armchair were heavily used, but now they look fresh and clean again. Very punctual, respectful, and detail-oriented. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is excellent. Will definitely use this service again.

Excellent carpet cleaning service in Victoria, BC. Andrew cleaned our carpets and removed years of dirt and traffic lane buildup. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and the results exceeded our expectations.

The carpets look and smell fresh, and the drying time was much faster than we expected. We will definitely use FiberCare Lab again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning in Victoria.

I have such a sin - watching TV, and at the same time munching and drinking something 😉 Unexpectedly, but the old stains from coffee, wine and slightly greasy armrests were cleaned. Our old sofa got a second life again and became like new. Price is reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. I can 100% recommend. Thank you.

Finally, someone who does a great job cleaning couches. I’ve gone through many companies, and I’m so happy I found Andrew. He did a great job on my sectional after my dog had a few accidents.

Andrew was great! Everything explained well and took the time to ask questions. My bedroom carpet looks like new. Stairs too. He was considerate with all the clean up he provided after.

I’ll be booking again !!!
