How Our Mattress Cleaning Works
We start by inspecting the mattress, including any visible spots, stains or areas of concern. The mattress is then pre-treated and professionally cleaned using extraction equipment designed to remove loosened soil and residue while extracting moisture from the fabric.
Individual stains can receive additional treatment when appropriate, followed by a final extraction to remove as much remaining moisture as possible.
Stains, Urine & Odour Treatment
Additional treatment is available for stains, urine accidents and odours. Results can vary depending on the source of the stain, how long it has been present and whether it has previously been treated with other cleaning products.
While we always aim for the best possible improvement, complete stain or odour removal cannot be guaranteed.
After Cleaning
Mattresses require sufficient time and airflow to dry completely before use. Drying time varies depending on the mattress, room conditions and the amount of cleaning required. We recommend planning the cleaning so the mattress has plenty of time to dry before sleeping on it.
